Alejandra Bañon Santamaría completed a Bachelor of Arts in philosophy at the University of Manchester and then completed the APhil Master’s degree in analytic philosophy at the University of Barcelona. Her main research interests are feminist philosophy and philosophy of language.

Acto y Potencia, an academic philosophy journal aimed at undergraduate and master’s students.
The journal was created to bridge the gap between students and the professional practice of philosophy in academia. Its mission is to provide them with the opportunity to publish their own papers and present their own talks.
The journal recently opened the CFP for Volume No.1. Students who submit an article will be eligible for the Premio Sócrates in philosophy, which includes a 250€ prize.
